The Sunmax XC100 is a SIP phone adapter designed specifically for call centers. It is ideally suited for applications in call centers, customer support services, and reception hubs, making it the perfect choice for agents handling high call volumes.
Equipped with HD voice, encrypted transmission, and auto-provisioning features, the XC100 supports 2 SIP lines and is compatible with external EHS wireless headsets. These functionalities significantly boost work efficiency and deliver a superior communication experience.
It comes with 100 Mbps Ethernet ports with adaptive 10/100 Mbps network connectivity, enabling high-speed data transmission and supporting PoE power supply (PoE is not supported by the X2C model). Boasting high compatibility, it works seamlessly with mainstream SIP-based IP PBX/softswitch/IMS platforms such as Asterisk, BroadSoft, 3CX, Metaswitch, Elastix, and Avaya.
