System Overview
The campus IP broadcasting and intercom converged system enables the interconnection and intercommunication of multiple subsystems including intercom, broadcasting, access control, monitoring, alarm and office telephone, realizing resource sharing and centralized management of each subsystem. This not only reduces system investment and maintenance costs, but also improves supervision efficiency and emergency response capabilities. Visual scheduling consoles and communication telephones are configured as the command system in the principal’s office and the school monitoring center to conduct unified management and real-time monitoring of intelligent terminals in all security areas of the school. Emergency help intercom devices and sound boxes are installed in the corridors of teaching buildings and office complex buildings, as well as the school security room. In case of an emergency, the emergency call button can be pressed to send an emergency alarm to the nearest monitoring center. When the monitoring center detects an abnormal situation, it can take the initiative to make a verbal announcement to deter or drive away criminals.
Solution Features
- Emergency Alarm & Help: In case of robbery or personal injury, teachers and students can use the alarm device to send an emergency alarm to the nearest monitoring center.
- File Broadcasting: Classes can be grouped to play multiple programs simultaneously, supporting audio teaching and listening tests.
- Emergency Consultation: When the monitoring center is in communication with the person seeking help, it can invite other personnel to join the multi-party consultation through the emergency consultation mechanism.
- Deterrent Announcement: The monitoring center can take the initiative to make verbal announcements upon detecting abnormal situations to deter or drive away criminals.
- Access Control Intercom: Video intercom for access control enables identity verification and remote door opening.
- Scheduled Broadcasting: Multiple sets of schedules are played 24 hours a day, such as automatic playback of music ringtones, inter-class exercises and radio programs.
- Intercom Assistance: When teachers encounter malfunctions of educational audio-visual equipment during classes, they can seek remote help from the center, facilitating the timely troubleshooting of faults.
- Announcement Broadcasting: VOIP communication terminals are installed in the leaders’ offices for issuing notifications and making announcements.
