Featuring ultra-high-definition camera for image capturing and high-definition display, the XM1920 delivers high-definition video calls and supports HDMI output simultaneously. It adopts an intelligent hierarchical corporate directory, presenting the organizational structure of enterprises at a glance. The XM1920 comes with a multi-functional one-touch speed dial expansion module for enhanced convenience. It supports one-touch dialing of contacts, enabling users to control calls freely just like operating a dispatch console. The terminal can display the call status of frequently-used contacts, including idle/ringing/in-call.

With a built-in recording capacity of no less than 1000 hours and support for SD card expansion, the XM1920 meets large-scale call recording needs. It is equipped with a user-friendly do-not-disturb function that automatically restores normal mode at a preset time. The intelligent external line dialing function is specially designed for industries such as power, military communication, and railway sectors, allowing users to configure dialing rules tailored to specific industry scenarios. The number of stored call records is customizable, with a maximum capacity of 6000 entries. Moreover, the terminal can store up to 100,000 business cards locally.
