Analog Recording Gateway – XUC-10

Supports concurrent analog recording of 8/16/32/48/64/80/96 channels, enables query via web interface, logs all user operations on the system, displays and records the caller ID for incoming calls to facilitate future inquiries.
The XUC-10 is an intelligent analog telephone recording server launched by Beijing XUNMEISD Information Technology Co., Ltd. for government and enterprise entities with recording requirements. When the monitored device is in use, the system automatically initiates recording and saves the voice signals to the hard disk in a digital voice format. Meanwhile, the system logs information such as the call date, start time and call duration. If the monitored device is a telephone line, it can also record the external number of outgoing calls or the caller ID of incoming calls, and the system will automatically stop recording when the call is hung up.
When the XUC-10 is used in conjunction with a PBX system, recording each extension individually would require a dedicated recording device for every single extension, which would result in high costs for systems with multiple extensions. However, by enabling the extension identification function of the recording software, the recording device can directly record via the external lines, capture the extension numbers, and perform relevant queries accordingly. This eliminates the need for recording devices on each extension line, significantly reducing overall costs.
