The XM1860 is a high-end business IP phone designed for users who require flexibility and advanced features to easily manage heavy call traffic in the workplace. It features a 4.3-inch main color display with 10 DSS keys, plus two 3.5-inch side color displays that can be configured with up to 96 DSS keys (32 physical keys in total). This enables the XM1860 to support a maximum of 106 configurable DSS keys, which can be set up for BLF, speed dial, multicast functions, and more.
