You can troubleshoot this problem by following the steps below.
(1) Connect the network cable to a computer. If the computer also fails to obtain an IP address, the problem lies with the customer’s network or the network cable itself.
(2) If an IP address can be obtained, check whether a static IP has been enabled. Most importantly, confirm whether the network cable is connected to the LAN port or the PC port. The network cable should normally be connected to the LAN port.
